About Us

Who is Enhance Shutters & Blinds?

My name is Brad and I'm the owner... salesperson, installer, office manager, cleaner, and so much more. I’m essentially a 'one-man-band'!

I'm a local just like you! I grew up here, and I like to think I know the area pretty well.

I offer top end product at low prices due to my low cost business model. You won't find my premises as I don't have any. Likewise, you won't find my sales rep, receptionist, cleaners, factory works or anybody else as those jobs belong to me.

I know being a one-man-band isn't going to appeal to everybody for various reasons, but I also know many people see this as a very big positive. I'm not one to talk myself up, so visit my Google Reviews and see what my clients say about me.

Australian made is extremely important to me and a major focus point. Quality product that is Australian made is difficult to source. My Australian made offering includes Premium Thermalite Plantation Shutters, Roller Blinds, and Vertical Blinds.

My Focus

Exceptional service combined with low prices.

Some businesses want to become the largest in the world while others want to be all things to all customers. Here at Enhance Shutters & Blinds I'm focused on one thing… exceptional service combined with low prices for the best quality products!

I achieve this:

  • By focusing on servicing the South Coast region. You know the drill from the Sydney mobs, our people will be in Wollongong next Friday... oops, they got caught up but they'll be there next week! Not me, I'm a LOCAL and when I make an appointment, I arrive on time.

  • By staying small but professional. I don’t employee executives, marketers, company rep’s, HR managers, accountants, I.T personnel, cleaners, factory hands, etc. My aim is to offer my clients lower prices for the best quality products in Australia.

  • By reducing costs; my ‘showroom’ is very different to most… it’s a personalised visit directly to you at a time that suits you. Therefore I don’t pay rent, or a salesperson to sit around in a showroom. These saving are passed on to you.

  • My products are only sourced from the best companies and manufacturers in Australia. That doesn't mean everything is manufactured here, but I have plenty of products that are. For myself, customer service and installation is what I excel at… not manufacturing.

  • I ARRIVE ON TIME AND I KEEP MY APPOINTMENTS!

Why buy from me?

I do the job the right way, not the quick way!

I'm a small local Illawarra business and every one of my clients is important to me. You're not just another number, you're my livelihood.

Many new clients are attracted by word-of-mouth and I consider that a reflection on the service and products I sell. I'm big on service excellence and customer satisfaction. My aim is to excite and delight my customers with my products and the overall service I offer. I want to go above and beyond your expectations? I arrive on time for appointments and I work cleanly and respect your home. In addition I also remove all the waste at the end of the installation. In essence your home is left exactly the way it was before I arrived... except your home is now Enhanced with beautiful blinds and shutters.

Another point of difference is that Australian made is important to me! We all know Australia can’t compete with China on manufacturing costs therefore I keep my overheads to a minimum and this keeps my pricing low. You won’t be paying extra to cover the cost of showrooms, admin staff and salespeople. I also understand that not all budgets can stretch that little bit further for Australian made so I also offer a high quality imported range to suit. All this is also backed by awesome warranties on all my products. My Australian made Thermalite Plantation Shutters are supply and installed in just 4 weeks. My imported range of shutters is supplied and installed in around 8 weeks. My roller blinds and vertical blinds are installed within 3 weeks.
